The Customer can exchange the product (s) within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exchange the item (s) you can access your customer area on the website and request the exchange automatically (in size or colour), subject to stock availability, you can also contact us via email contacts for firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to switch to a different model, you will need to settle the price difference.
The Customer can return the product (s) within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product, simply start the return process on the website.

After receiving the return at Sociedade Calçado Sami, the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the order (sales invoice value) will be returned to the customer within a maximum period of up to 30 days.
The refund method used depends on the payment method the customer used for their purchase.
In the case of payments with Credit Card and PayPal, these are credited to the respective accounts by the same means of payment.
In the remaining case, IBAN information is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account. The refund is made up to 30 days after receipt.
In the absence of any of the components of the article or if any of them is not in excellent condition as it was purchased, there will be no refund of the price or postage, and the product will be sent back to the customer's address.
We do not accept articles that have been washed with some type of special wash or with products that may damage or change the original spec of the article.
For customers outside Mainland Portugal, postage has an associated cost, supported by the customer.
