Shipping to Mainland Portugal is free. For more information you can send an email to: administracao@raquelcamino.com. For the islands of Madeira and Azores, shipments have an associated cost of 7€. For international shipping consult the shipping costs in force (depends on the country). For more information you can send an email to: administracao@raquelcamino.com. For purchases above 100€, shipping is free.

Exchanges and Devolution

Exchanges

The Customer can exchange the product (s) within 14 days of receiving the product. To exchange the item (s) you can access your customer area on the website and request the exchange automatically (in size or colour), subject to stock availability, you can also contact us via email contacts for administracao@raquelcamino.com. If you want to switch to a different model, you will need to settle the price difference.

Exchanges are only made free of charge up to a maximum of 2 times, only for customers in Mainland Portugal, in the case of size or colour, if it is the same model as your order.

Devolution

The Customer can return the product (s) within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product, simply start the return process on the website. Customer Support Line: administracao@raquelcamino.com. Returns are only made free of charge up to a maximum of 1 time, only for customers in Mainland Portugal.

After receiving the return at Sociedade Calçado Sami, the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the order (sales invoice value) will be returned to the customer within a maximum period of up to 30 days.
